Information about how we ship your orders and handle returns or exchanges.

Shipping Information

Free Standard Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on **all orders** within the continental United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your RehabTherapy purchase. If you are not completely happy with your kit, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within **30 days** of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges (if any were applied, e.g., for expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund (following the Returns Policy above) and place a new order for the desired kit.

This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
